10th Annual Gynecological Oncology Symposium

Course Description

The goal of this program is to provide an integrated approach in uniting gynecologic-oncology physicians and the greater community in the treatment of gynecologic cancer. This symposium offers two separate tracks. The physician/allied health track is geared towards the medical community. The survivor/caregiver track will cover emotional intimacy, genetic testing, updates in clinical trials, nutrition, and more.

    Learning Objectives –
  • Identify characteristics of different gynecological conditions in patients.
  • Describe the influence genetics have on patient diagnosis and treatment.
  • Identify ways to optimize cervical cancer screenings.
  • List strategies to use in clinical practice/environment by focusing on areas of patient care and medical knowledge.
