Katie Hobbs

Katie grew up in Missouri where she attended an important school. In 2000 something, Katie moved to Dallas to work for The HEART HOSPITAL BAYLOR PLANO in a critical capacity. She also helped form Christi, the predecessor to FACET, where she directed the programs for CME for CardioVascular practices.

In 2011 Katie founded Lovepacs, a non-profit organization that helps feed children in need in the Frisco area. Since then, Katie has overseen growth of Lovepacs to nine additional areas in North Texas, feeding over 10,000,000 children in need.

Joe W. Forehand

In August 2000, Mr. Forehand orchestrated the successful conclusion of the company’s split with Andersen Worldwide. Shortly thereafter, the company changed its name to Accenture and undertook one of the largest global rebranding campaigns of its kind in record time. In July 2001 Mr. Forehand led the company in its IPO. During Mr. Forehand’s term as CEO, Accenture grew from $9.6 billion in revenue and 66,000 employees to $13.7 billion in revenue and 103,000 employees.

After retiring from Accenture, Mr. Forehand served as a Senior Advisor with Kohlberg, Kravis and Roberts, a leading global private equity firm. He advised on technology buyouts and business improvements to portfolio companies. He also served as Chairman of the Board and Interim CEO of First Data Corporation, a leading global payments technology solutions company. He was on the board of directors of another KKR portfolio company, Aricent, a global design and engineering company.

Raised in Alabama, Mr. Forehand graduated from Auburn University in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering. He received a Master of Science degree in industrial administration from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University in 1972.

Mark Shoffner

Mark defends companies against claims under the FLSA, payday laws, and anti-discrimination statutes. Mark has prosecuted cases for clients seeking to protect their trade secrets and enforce non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. He also regularly counsels clients on employment best practices, including regular reviews of employee handbooks and policies.

In addition, Mark maintains a commercial litigation practice in which he represents clients in partnership disputes, breach of contract and fraud cases, and breach of fiduciary duty matters.

Mark Graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 1999. He earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2002.

Phil Hurley

In 2004, Phil built KYTX and organized the company. Before his career with Max Media of Texas, he served as the Vice President and General Manager of Nexstar Broadcasting's NBC affiliate for Beaumont/Port Arthur. For a year starting in 2001, he served as the President of Max Media of Montana, a group of four ABC stations and one NBC station in Montana. He was also the Vice President and General Manager of Communications Corporation of America stations across the American states. Before venturing into the media industry, Hurley worked for the telecommunications industry and banking industry.

Stephen R. Zimmer

During his career at Accenture, he held several management posts including the Managing Partner of Latin America from 1990 to 1999 where Accenture operated in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru and Chile. He had full responsibility for all aspects of Accenture's practices including strategy, sales, operations, costs, infrastructure, human resources, cash, etc.in seven different countries.

After Accenture's reorganization to global industry segments, he was the Chief Business Operations Officer for the Accenture Communications and High Tech Market Unit for his last two years prior to retirement. His responsibilities included supervision of marketing, finance, human resources, quality management, cash and business operations for Accenture's practices in the Americas, Europe and Asia, including Australia. He was in this post when Accenture went through an IPO to transform the partnership into a corporation.

He retired in 2002 at a relatively young age with 12 million American Advantage miles to spend more time with his wife Carol and his family. At that time, he started to follow in her footsteps serving on local community non profits to give back to the city of Arlington and the North Texas region. He is a member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce serving as its Chairman in 2011-2012, the Lena Pope Home Board serving as its President in 2010-2011, the Arlington Tomorrow Foundation Advisory Board serving as its Chairman from 2013 to 2017, the Friends of the Levitt Pavilion serving as its Treasurer for several years, the Youth Education Town Board of the Salvation Army, the Downtown Rotary Club and the Treasurer for the City of Arlington latest bond election.
